Tara has more than 20 years experience in Information Technology and Management Consulting. She has worked with Department of Homeland Security – Federal Emergency Management Agency, Accrediting Commission for Community & Junior Colleges, Pacific Gas & Electric Company, AT&T, Hewlett-Packard, CDWG, Lotus Development Corporation, and Sprint on past projects.
Mrs. Gray has been doing web development and custom software implementations for a decade. She has directed multi-million dollar projects for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, and has designed data systems, voice systems, telecommunications infrastructure, LAN and WAN implementations, and Internet strategy. Tara has completed Cisco CCIE curriculum as well as Microsoft Certified System Engineering curriculum, is certified to teach Micro-enterprise Development by Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation, and is a member of the American Grant Writer’s Association (AGWA).
Mrs. Gray is a board member of the California Black Chamber Of Commerce
Foundation, a Board Member of One Voice International, Inc., a Board Member of Sickle Cell Network, a member of Women Impacting Public Policy, a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Recipient of CA Black Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year Award 2009 (North), and is the 2004 Recipient Of Allstate Insurance Company “From Whence We Came” National Pioneer in Technology Award.
